Registration

A registered customer or an unregistered one can purchase products. If you are an unregistered customer you will be requested to fill in only your name and shipping address details.

Please, sign up and you as a loyal customer will receive information about new products, upcoming events and offers by e-mail. Furthermore, we will be offering our customers discount codes for our web-store. Registration at our web site is free of charge.

Customer information will be kept strictly confidential. We will not share your information or details with any third parties for their marketing purposes (link to the Privacy page).

How to order
You can order products from our web-store at www.youngestfashion.com using our e-commerce shopping cart, sending an email to: info (at) youngestfashion.com or by calling to the phone number: +358409526954.

All our product prices include a 24% Value Added Tax (VAT). The tax information is visible in your cart and will be present in the delivery confirmation sent via email to you.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Only persons over eighteen years of age can place an order.

Colours
We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed exactly represent the colours of the actual garments. The colours reproduced may depend on the settings of your display screen system.

Payment and shipping methods
In Youngest Fashion - online store, you can use the online payment systems (Nordea, OP, Tapiola, SP / POP, Noah, Åland, and Danske Bank, Aktia, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Jousto, Everyday).

We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment into our bank account.

Any items delivered to you remain the property of Youngest Fashion until payment is completed in full.

For delivery we use Finnish post service Posti.

Your parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office where you can pick it up after you receive a notice of arrival, which is a text message, e-mail or iPost-mail.

In Finland, Posti can issue up to two reminders. Posti keeps a shipment at a local post office during the whole arrival week plus two full weeks.

Package delivery cost for Finland is 9,00 €. Purchases over 100 € are sent without delivery cost.

Below 20 € orders can be delivered in Finland by using Smart Post service. Smart Post delivery will cost only 5,00 €.

Home delivery (door-to-door package) is 20 € in Finland, regardless of the size and weight of your package.

Free in-store pickup of items. You save on shipping costs and won't have to wait for the items to be shipped to you.
Pick-up order is valid for 7 days, after which order will be canceled automatically.

For EU-countries delivery cost is 31 €.

For other countries delivery cost is 43 €.

These shipping costs are charged only once for each order. There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries.

Shipping costs are added to the order total.

You can order gift-wrapping from us and ask to send the packet directly to the gift recipient. A fee of € 1,00 will be added to the order.
 

For all uncollected and to the shop returned shipment we charge expenses cost of 20 euros. Charge consists of an order for packaging, shipping and return costs.

Damaged in transit shipments
When you receive a package, check the condition and possible damage to the package.

If an item is damaged in postal delivery, immediately make your claim from the post office.

Then, please, contact us, and we will inform you how to proceed further.

We are not responsible for mail destruction/loss or damaged shipments.

Return Policy
All products have an exchange and/or refund within 14 days of receiving the package.

After that period products are not exchangeable, and they cannot be refunded.

● If you change the product to another size, we do not charge shipping for the second time.

● If you want to change the colour of the item received or exchange it to another item or to other product, this exchange will be treated as a new order and shipping cost will be charged as usual.

● If you are returning your entire order, we will refund the item price without delivery fee charged upon sending out your parcel (€ 9,00 / € 20/ € 31 / € 43 respectively).

The product must be returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, labels must still be attached and should have its original packaging.

Unless otherwise agreed, the order must be returned in the same package.

Products for return should be carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transportation.

Put all items being returned in the same bag or package, even if they were delivered as separate deliveries.

Be sure to fill out the return form: address information, reason for the return, your bank account number and to put it into the returning package.

Always ask for a receipt for returned package from post office.

Youngest Fashion Ltd can exchange for another product or refund the payment as soon as the product is received back and found in its original condition. The money will be paid to your bank account or credit card.

Unfortunately, we cannot do a refund, if the returned item does not meet the conditions specified above.

Force majeure
Youngest Fashion shop has the right to cancel the order, if in the pricing has been a clear error or company is unable to send the order within a reasonable time, i.e. within 30 days.

These Terms are valid from 13.01.2017.

Youngest Fashion Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice.
